    • Morning activity : Visit of the Chateau Vivier – Nicolas TETE, PhD, Project Manager in Innovation, dietician, and teacher at Institut Paul Bocuse – Gastronomic temple and renowned International School of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Food Service Management. How chiefs can valorise products from One health Bleu-Blanc-Coeur food chain.
    • Lunch : In a restaurant : « Expérience » at Institut Paul Bocuse.
    • Afternoon activity : Visit of the farm of Sylvain PALANDRE. 70 cows, committed in Bleu-Blanc-Cœur One heath project since 2009 in dairy production. Sylvain will talk about his commitment and how he is involved on his farm.

  • Morning activity : Visit of the sheep-pastured orchard (support of the project “ECORCE”) and the dairy cow farm, discussions with the farm director and FiBL France team
  • Lunch : Wine tasting with Côtes du Rhône and Clairette de Die wines & lunch at the Auberge de Crussol, local, traditional and inventive food
  • Afternoon activity : Visit of the Château de Crussol & visit of the Ferme du Grand Laval, meeting with the farmers and explanations: sheep grazing in orchards and perennial crops, hens associated with fruit trees in mobile hen houses, etc.
